- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have given them several chances and I am constantly surprised by the staff's rudeness and lack of customer service. I will NEVER take my pets to them ever again. The LAST straw was when they called me 2 weeks after I had set up for boarding with them to let me know that they overbooked and cancelled my pet's boarding without any remorse or care for how I was affected. I was told that I had to be cancelled because they are first come/first serve for boarding, but I had booked 2 weeks ago and was told there was room. They have little regard for how they treat people and I have never felt that they appreciated my business or gave good attention to my pets' true needs unless it helped their bottom line.
